We currently operate in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
What happens if I exceed my monthly order limit?
If you exceed the number of orders in a given calendar month, you will be notified by email. You will receive the procedure for changing the tariff and the time interval for making the change.
Do I have to pay anything to install and set up the service?
No. Registration, installation and all transactions with your account are free. You only pay for monthly plans.
Can I try Ellity for free?
Yes. Just register with us and create any project you want. For each newly created project we add a free plan, which you have up to 60 orders per month completely free.
How difficult will it be to implement Ellity in my e-shop?
We take pride in the fact that thanks to our administration interface, even a complete layman can install our service. For experienced "installers", the installation takes no more than a few minutes. Everything is carefully described in our manual and if you still don't know what to do, we will be happy to install Ellity for you. Completely free of charge.
How can I be sure someone isn't stealing my data?
From the initial design of the service, we place great emphasis on the security of your data. The entire system is designed so that all data is anonymized at the input. Only anonymised equivalents are stored in our database to allow us to deduct the correct number of credits from your account. All communication is secured with an SSL certificate and we work with Rowan Legal to comply with the strictest GDPR standards. Find out more on our data protection page.

We pride ourselves on first class service. We are available to our clients every working day from 9:30 to 16:00 - by email, phone and chat. We are able to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. In addition to customer support, we offer clients assistance with Ellita installation, completely free of charge.
