ELLITY's VIP program offers you the opportunity to create different reward levels that benefit your best customers by offering more attractive rewards and exclusive benefits. This approach not only allows you to better reward the loyalty of your key customers, but also encourages their interest and motivates them to buy your services and products.
The ELLITY VIP program opens up new opportunities to further automate the rewarding of customer loyalty. The VIP program allows you to set your own loyalty program levels. At each level, you set the rules a customer must meet to enter that level, as well as the rewards the customer earns at that level.
Each level has its own rules that the customer must meet in order to get to that level. You can set up simple or more complex conditions in which you can use the following customer data and connect them in different ways with logical connectors and at the same time, or as shown in the figure.

Conditions are always calculated for a specific period. You have three choices:
Lifetime customer - that is, from the very first purchase that Ellity knows
Calendar year - data is calculated only in the current year. Therefore, at the beginning of the year, everyone starts from zero
Specific number of months - the set number of months is counted backwards
Advancing to the next level
As part of the VIP program, customers will be informed of the amount they must spend to advance to the next level. The aim is to motivate customers to place higher order values.
Exclusive VIP Benefits
Offer your VIP members unique benefits such as special content, gifts with purchases, free shipping or exclusive invitations to events. This is how you make your VIP program more attractive and engage your customers.
Accelerated points or added discounts
Offer double points to mid-level VIP members and up to triple points to the best members, the possibilities are endless. Motivate customers to work their way up to the next level and enjoy unique rewards and privileges!
