Self-service (free): you have a simple e-shop and the time to follow the instructions.
Start(11 800 Kč): you want to get the basics set up correctly and quickly, without any unnecessary testing.
Premium(19 500 Kč): you want results as soon as possible, including a loyalty club with levels and referrals, full connection to emails and clear reports.
Start: set up points collection and redemption in your cart, enable visible elements in the e-shop, link to emails and introduce one automatic notification (for example, "points expire soon"). We'll show you where to track the numbers.
Premium: in addition, we'll design financial rules (how many points you give and how much discount is fair for them), launch a loyalty club with levels, a "Recommendations" program, add four smart email alerts (change points, expiration, enter a higher level, send a code), select and introduce "products for points", make detailed reports and data exports work. The handover is done on an hour call and you have three hours of consultation during the year.
Often within two weeks, customers redeem their first discount points. Within three months, we typically see points becoming a regular part of the purchase and a growing proportion of orders where people use the points discount. The Premium option will usually speed this up - thanks to better visibility in the basket, smart emails and a loyalty club.
We connect Ellity to your email tool (for example, Ecomail). Ellity sends information about points and events to it (balance change, upcoming expiration, promotion to a higher level, sending a code). The content and appearance of the emails are still in your hands. We set one notification in Start, and four in Premium. We make sure that nothing is sent twice.
Yes - that's part of Premium. We'll prepare level names and benefits, progression rules, automatic reassignment, welcome email for the new level. For "Referrals" we set up fair rewards for both parties, prepare texts for sharing and measuring who brought in new customers.
Yes - it belongs to Premium. We fine-tune the placement and text of the elements so that customers notice and use the points. We'll also introduce anti-abuse protections (minimum order value to redeem points, waiting periods, exclusion of wholesale customers). We can also make custom connections.
Then you go Self-service: you get access to the console, tutorials and videos. Support is by email with a reply usually within two to three working days. You can upgrade to Start or Premium at any time - but the turnkey work only runs after you pay for the paid option.
