Ellity Business Intelligence

The analytics model in Ellity evaluates customer behavior by metrics (e.g. Recency, Frequency, Monetary) and assigns each a 0-100 score and a segment (Champions, Loyal, Lost, etc.). Helps target campaigns, drive rewards and retention. In the tutorial you will learn how to create the model step by step, set up metrics, segments and recommended actions for working with customers.

Working with the system

Products for points

In Ellity, you can create a special category of products that customers purchase with the points they earn. Products can be available for points only or for money. In Shoptet you need to set the price coefficient to 0 and in the Ellity console specify the value in points. If you want to sell the same product for money, create a copy of the product with the setting for selling for points.

Settings

Prices with/without VAT on the e-shop

The correct credit calculation settings must correspond to the type of prices on the e-shop (with or without VAT). Inconsistency would lead to incorrect calculation of discounts and points. If the e-shop lists prices with VAT, the loyalty system should also calculate from these values. It is fairer to adjust the ratio of charging and redemption than to artificially reduce the basis for calculating credits.

Settings

Ellity Benefit Calculator

Ellity's calculator helps e-shop operators quickly calculate whether loyalty and referral programs are worthwhile. Based on commonly known data - number of orders, AOV and margin - it estimates the impact on sales, margin and ROI. It allows you to work with scenarios, uplifts and reward costs and provides clear recommendations on how to optimise loyalty strategy for different types of assortment.

Working with the system

System visibility

The visibility setting determines whether customers see the Ellity loyalty system on the e-shop. Once installed, the system is hidden by default so that it can be tested and configured first. Activation is done via the Visibility button in the administration. Test mode allows you to view the system only on your device. Even when hidden, the system runs in the background and monitors user actions, but is not visible to customers.

Settings

Boldem integration

The Boldem integration connects Ellity to the Boldem emailing platform, allowing you to export customers and their data for personalized campaigns and automated actions. It allows you to react to events such as account or PIN changes, send notifications when points expire, or credit a reward for signing up for a newsletter. Once connected, customer exports and data updates work fully automatically.

Integration

Cashback

Ellity's cashback integration allows customers to convert the points they have earned back into cash - either by cashing them into an account or by using a voucher for services. The system automatically verifies the balance of points, records requests and allows them to be approved or rejected. Cashback can be easily activated, conditions, conversion rate and availability for different customer groups can be set.

Settings

Integration Stamped Reviews

The Stamped Reviews integration allows you to automatically reward customers for their reviews. When linked to Stamped Ellity, it assigns credits based on the number of stars in the review. Setup is simple - just add the integration, define the rewards and link the webhook to Stamped. The customer can then see the number of points credited, the rating and a link to the reviewed product in the account history.

Ellity reports - what they show and how to use them

This article describes the analytical reports and metrics in Ellity. It helps e-tailers quickly evaluate the impact of a loyalty program and translate insights into actionable steps - for example, in campaigns, discounts, customer care or assortment.

Working with the system

Advanced coefficient settings

The article describes the advanced setting of charging and pumping coefficients in the Ellity system. These can be defined at the product, category, brand and global level, or further differentiated by customer group. It introduces the principle of priority between levels, where the higher level takes precedence, and the possibility to disable charging or pumping by entering a value of 0. It also includes a reminder that recharge coefficients must always be higher than draw coefficients.

Settings

Webhooks

This article explains the function of webhooks in Ellity. Webhooks allow you to automatically send messages to external systems (e.g. ERP, CRM or emailing tools) when events such as a customer's account or VIP level change. The user sets the trigger, recipient URL and message content in JSON format with variable support. The article also includes developer guidelines and a menu for creating custom integrations.

Integration

Billing information

The article explains how to manage billing data in Ellity. Invoicing data is transferred automatically from the e-shop, but can be manually edited in the Settings - Account section or retrieved from ARES by ID number. Changes will be reflected from the next invoice. In the invoice overview the user can see the current tariff, the monthly number of orders, the date of the next payment and a list of all issued invoices.

SmartEmailling integration

Ellita's integration with SmartEmailing allows you to export customers from your loyalty system for targeted email and SMS campaigns. It transmits account, PIN, registration and expiration data that can be used in automations and personalized messages. Describes installation, working with the API key, setting up webhooks to reward newsletter signups, alerting on expiration points, and exporting customers.

Integration

Shoptet checkout

The integration of Ellita with Shoptet allows you to use the loyalty system in the brick-and-mortar store. Registered customers can earn and redeem points when making purchases, just like in the e-shop. After entering the points, a discount coupon is automatically generated according to the redemption coefficient. Installation is done via a Google Chrome extension that connects to Ellity using an API key. For payments via Shoptet Pay, a manual deduction of points is required.

Integration

Discount coupons

The article explains that Ellity uses Shoptet discount coupons to redeem loyalty points. It notes that without the "Discount Coupons" add-on active, the credits cannot be used. It also describes the procedure for the "Credits cannot be used" error - checking the installation of the add-on, enabling coupons for products and customer groups. It points out that Shoptet allows only one discount coupon to be used, so you cannot combine the use of points with another discount.

Working with the system

Integration

This article summarizes the integrations that extend the capabilities of the Ellity system. It lists connections to e-shop platforms (e.g. Shoptet), emailing services for account synchronization and campaign automation (SmartEmailing, Leadhub, Ecomail, Boldem) and webhooks for notifications of external systems. Also included is integration with Stamped Reviews to reward customers for writing reviews.

Integration

Referral programme

Ellity's referral program motivates customers to refer e-shops to friends by the "Give & Get" principle - both get a reward. The merchant chooses a reward strategy based on the number of purchases or time since first purchase, in percentage or points. The program automatically measures conversions, tracks the best referrals and allows sharing via social networks, email or web. Setup is done in the Ellity console and is fully customizable.

Settings

Gifts

The Ellity gift program allows you to automatically add gifts to orders according to pre-set rules. The merchant can specify at which purchase and for which type of customer the gift is added, including limitations based on the value of the purchase. Gifts can be displayed in the cart or left as a surprise. The system works for both registered and unregistered customers and increases loyalty and customer experience.

Settings

Customers

The article describes customer management in the Ellity loyalty system. It explains how to work with the customer list, filtering by groups, registration or segments and using customer details for marketing, sales and support. It shows the possibilities of manual crediting of points, editing customer groups including VIP level locking, sending PIN to unregistered customers and exporting accounts to integrated e-mailing services.

Working with the system

Ecomail integration

Ellita's integration with Ecomail connects the loyalty system with emailing. It enables export of customers and their points accounts, synchronization of contacts, automatic campaigns and notifications of points expiration. It also transfers PIN or referral code data. The article describes installation, API key setup, webhooks for newsletter signups, exporting contacts and deactivating system emails when using Ecomail.

Integration

LeadHub integration

Ellita's integration with LeadHub allows you to export customers and their loyalty accounts directly into LeadHub, where you can automate campaigns and segment your audience with tags. The article describes installation, obtaining an API key, a list of tags to transfer, and setting up notifications for points expiration. It also provides a procedure for one-time export of customers, linking email notifications, and resolving activation errors.

Integration

VIP programme

Ellity's VIP program allows e-shops to reward customers according to their loyalty levels. Each level has its own entry rules and benefits - for example, better points conversion, cashback or discounts. The program automatically moves customers between levels based on sales, number of purchases or points accumulated. The article describes the setup, rules, calculation periods and examples of VIP programs for inspiration.

Settings

Orders

The article describes how Ellity works with orders and loyalty points. Customers earn points after marking an order as paid in Shoptet. When editing items without redemption, the points will be automatically recalculated; when redemption is made, a new order must be created. Points will be deducted on cancellation and refunded on redemption. The system distinguishes discount coupons by prefix and allows easy identification.

Working with the system

Loyalty system rules

Ellity allows e-shops to reward customers with loyalty points for purchases and other actions - registration, reviews or birthdays. The article clearly explains the principles of charging and redeeming points, setting coefficients by currencies and customer groups, as well as advanced rules such as deferred crediting or expiration of points. It also includes a calculator for the correct program settings according to the margin and e-shop goals.

Settings
