Symptoms - Advanced coefficient settings

The article describes advanced settings for charging and drawing coefficients in the Ellity system according to tags applied to products. For example, if you need to exclude products in a promotion with the tag PROMO. Or if you have another tag that you want to give priority over others.

Press the button to open the advanced settings. Go to the advanced settings for coefficients in the basic rules of the system. After pressing, a window with settings will open.

Select the flag you need to set and press the square button with a pencil on the line of the flag being set.

You need to set up all currencies, and if you want to remove a given indicator from the Bonus System, simply set 0 for charging and drawing. When setting up, just click on the field where the default setting is grayed out, a cursor will appear, and you can start typing.

You can also choose which customer group you are setting up for. If you do not select a group, it applies to all permitted groups.

Settings must always be saved.

At the symptom level, it is also possible to set, for example, double point collection or more favorable point redemption, or a combination of turning on charging and turning off redemption. There are many possibilities.

Once you have this, return to the Settings - Integration - Shoptet section.

And start manual synchronization.

After that, the settings at the Symptoms level will work.

If the flag on the product is set for a specific period of time, Ellity will also accept this period, and therefore, as soon as the flag is no longer on the product, the settings for this flag will no longer work. The settings are always for days, as allowed by Shoptet; it is not possible to set the flag on the product at the hour level.

During the morning automatic synchronization of data from Shoptet to Ellita, the system always checks whether the flag is still active on the product. If so, the settings are applied to the product with the flag that is set.

Priority of coefficients

Priority determines the use of coefficients when they are set at multiple levels simultaneously. The value from the higher set level is always used. If the level is not set, it automatically goes to the lower level.

If you have Symptoms set up, you need to adjust the priority of applying the settings. Ellity will first check whether it is set at the Symptoms level and then proceed according to the priority distribution.
