Discount coupons

Ellity uses discount coupons to redeem customer points. Shoptet provides discount coupons as a paid add-on(free from Shoptet Profi plan). Without active discount coupons, customers cannot redeem their credits in the form of a discount on their order. Therefore, you need to make sure you have this add-on installed at most e-shops.

Error Cannot use credits

If you receive a message when using credits that a discount coupon cannot be applied to your order and credits cannot be used, please check the following settings in the e-shop

Do you have discount coupons installed on your e-shop?
Are all products in the cart allowed to use discount coupons?
Is discount coupons allowed in the pricing of the customer's customer group?
Doesn't the customer group have a maximum discount percentage?

Combination of discounts

A Shoptet order allows only one discount coupon to be used. If points are used on the order, no further discount coupon can be used and vice versa.

Distinguishing between redemption coupons and others

If you need to distinguish discount coupons used for redemption from others, create a discount coupon template and set Ellity to use this template when creating a coupon. You can configure the settings in the Integration section - Shoptet - Discount Coupon Template.
