Ellity uses discount coupons to redeem customer points. Shoptet provides discount coupons as a paid add-on(free from Shoptet Profi plan). Without active discount coupons, customers cannot redeem their credits in the form of a discount on their order. Therefore, you need to make sure you have this add-on installed at most e-shops.

Error Cannot use credits

If you receive a message when using credits that a discount coupon cannot be applied to your order and credits cannot be used, please check the following settings in the e-shop

• Do you have discount coupons installed on your e-shop?
• Are all products in the cart allowed to use discount coupons?
• Is discount coupons allowed in the pricing of the customer's customer group?
• Doesn't the customer group have a maximum discount percentage?

Combination of discounts

A Shoptet order allows only one discount coupon to be used. If points are used on the order, no further discount coupon can be used and vice versa.
