You can set the charging and pumping coefficients at several levels.
- Product
- Category
- Brand
- Default (global) level
At each of these levels, you can also set the coefficients by customer group.
To open the advanced settings, press the Go to advanced coefficient settings button in the basic system rules. When pressed, the settings window will open. The individual levels are on separate tabs.

Levels
For products, categories and brands, use the list and search box to find the records you need.
You can filter the lists so that only the records you set are displayed.
Change settings
Once you have changed the coefficients in an entry, press the Save button at the bottom of the edit window.
To set the record, press the edit button on the line to the right. This will open the editing window for the coefficients at that level.

In the upper part of the window you set the charging and pumping coefficients as described in the basic settings.
If you leave the default value, the coefficient from one of the lower levels (according to the priority setting) will be used. If you want to exclude a level from the system, i.e. disable charging or drawing on that record, enter a value of 0.
Important
Levels are based on priority. The coefficient is always taken from the higher level relative to the current level if it is set to it (not the default).
Example:
The category has a higher priority than the product. On the product, you set 0 (charging off). On the category you set 100. 100 will be used as the coefficient. If you move the product priority above the category, 0 will be used.
Resolution by group
To further differentiate this level by customer group, select it from the list below. The level settings for the selected group will open.

If you do not want to differentiate the level by the selected level, leave the default value and the value from that level will be used. You can disable charging or pumping on this group for this record by setting it to 0 (again, consider priority)
Important
Charge coefficients should always be higher than drawdown coefficients for a given currency.
Priority of coefficients
Priority determines the use of coefficients when they are set at multiple levels simultaneously. The value from the higher set level is always used. If the level is not set, it automatically goes to the lower level.

Simulation of coefficients
Advanced settings can be complex. To test the coefficients, we have prepared a coefficient simulator. Here you can select a product and a group and the system will show you which coefficients to use. If you do not select a product, the coefficients from the default level will be shown.
